You set up an account with us. You will be asked to email or fax our manila Office 2 sets of Goverment Issued Identification card to establish your legal identity.

If you intend to pay us with credit card ( required for VIP members), we need a scanned copy your credit card for our secured file. There might be additional requirements as Govermental regulations require..

After verification, You are now ready to shop on line.

The rates are just like you are in the USA doing your own shopping and shipping sans some local promos every now and then.

VIP members only have the option to consolidate shipments into one balikbayan box ( 24" x 18" x18" 4.5 cubic feet) or Jumbo box ( 24" x 18" x 24" 6.0 cubic feet ).

This will save you a bunch of money as you do not have to ship immediately your on-line purchases. This also gives you various options! As a VIP, you have the power of flexibility!

Packing Fee of $5 only per box plus shipping rates.

We can provide trucking, professional crating, box consolidation, etc. A real professional packaging company!

For added trucking cost savings, our facility is equipped with loading dock and forklifts.

Free Pick Up Service in most Calfornia locations. We can arrange pick up for a fee all over USA and the world!

Insurance available upon request for only $5 for every $100 coverage.

There is no limit on the size of your shipment. As a full service Freight Forwarder, we can box, crate, containerize your shipment. We ship small parcels to cars and heavy equipments!

Additional Fee or Discount may apply on bulk shipments.

Odd Shape Shipment Rate:

For electronics and taxable items, please email us ahead of time. As a general rule, items should not be more than 12 of a kind. Items that require AC Power to operate have a 10% tariff based on commercial invoice. Philippine tariff law applies as we separate formal entry and non-formal entries for taxand tariff purposes.

Ocean Cargo takes about 25-30 days to Metro-Manila. Add a few more days for provincial deliveries.

Each Balikbayan box or Jumbo Box is insured for $200 only. Additional Insurance is available for $5 for every $100 . It's your option!

OPENING OF PACKAGE
Seller or manufacturer put dilligent efforts in designing the packaging for you for shopping items. To prevent any breakage in consolidation and shipping, we will keep the packaging materials for you.

We will use common sense in getting rid of the bulky items as much as possible.

STORAGE
We store your shipment in a climate controlled secured room that is manned 24 hrs and CCTV monitored by security professionals.

Visit us when you are in Los Angeles for lunch or snack.
